Using Kapil as a guide was recommended to me because my partner knows Kapil! Our trip was amazing and within a day we were so happy we had used Kapil to help us have a driver and t...o help coordinate guides for us including during Holi in Mathura. Having a driver taking care of us from time we landed to time we left was really worth every Penny. Also Kapil would often arrange nice tkts for us for places like Taj Mahal which saved us from being in long lines. It was also really great to not risk choosing our own guide at each monument as some of them are an absolute rip off! Traveling in India is no small trip and not having to spend time or energy worrying about finding transportation for each part of our trip was a huge gift! The guides and drivers that Kapil set up for us were all very wonderful. We formed a really close bond to our driver and we miss him a lot now that we are back home!! Kapil also helped arrange our tiger safari in Sariska park. Mostly we knew that Kapil was there to take care of us every step of the way if anything happened. We (4 friends from Germany) took a short trip from Delhi to the Taj Mahal with Kapil India Tours. Our travel plans had changed significantly due to a canceled flight and we had ...to plan the trip very spontaneously. Kapil was able to implement the trip at very short notice. The communication in advance was perfect and he responded to all our individual wishes. Our guide Abij was super attentive and the atmosphere was more than friendly. He was super nice and polite and made every effort to make sure we were okay. The car was big and super clean. Water was provided and we felt very safe at all times. The guide at the Taj Mahal also looked after us very well, we only had 1.5 hours and he made sure that we could experience the Taj Mahal without any disturbances or waiting times. 5 stars from us. We contacted kapil and his agency from Italy, according the advice of friends. Our experience has been positive, both for the driver's guidance and for the explanations of the ...two guides (paid separately). Rahul was really a perfect guide! He knows so much about all India stuff: religion, hystory, costume and he knows to reply to every our question. The second guide in Jaipur was a little less explanatory. He replied only on request. Manoj was our driver: amazing driver, really good guy. It was so nice talk and confronting with him. Advices for a good travel: agree the tip before starting the tour (which is ‘mandatory’ in India and it is not an offer like in Italy) in order to avoid unpleasant situations. My wife and I booked through Kapil a trip to India that includes domestic flights, a driver and a guide attached to all the destinations we visited. All his people were very profes...sional and kind to us, never late and always took care of us. We met Kapil in Delhi, and we asked him if it was possible to include a cooking workshop - and he offered to host us at his friend's house and cook there together, and that was one of the most fun experiences. He arranged for a guy to come to the apartment and convert us from dollars to rupees according to the official exchange rate of that day, without any fees (!), and when I accidentally paid him $200 more without noticing, he alerted me that there was more here and let me count again! He warned us of tourist traps and took care of us in every possible way. The guides and drivers took us to interesting and beautiful places - and were flexible if we wanted to make changes. Our 11 days long stay in India was really comfortable with Kapil Tours. My boyfriend and me contacted Kapil after a friend‘s recommendation. He planned the Tour (Jaipur, Agr...a, Delhi, Rishikesh incl. guides) and booked very nice and clean Hotels for us. The first days Papu was our driver. He seemed very experienced, was always punctual and flexible. He showed us many local places (amazing views, local restaurants etc.) Suresh was our driver for the second half of our journey. He was also experienced, obliging and punctual. He explained many sights to us and even helped us to get some last souvenirs shortly before our flight. During our journey Kapil called and asked several times about the journey progress and our well-being. In summary our stay in India was excellent thanks to Kapil Tours. We had a great time together with Kapil. He made our roundtrip trough Rajasthan safe and comfortabel. We started in Delhi, going first to Agra, Taj Mahal, then going to Ranthambore... Nationalpark (100% rate actually to see tigers, when travelling with Kapil ;) ). Next stop was Jaipur, then Pushkar and finally Udaipur. While travelling trough the Golden Triangle, Kapil told us a lot about Indian People, Religion, History, Politics and Celebraties. Our guide Kapil was an absolute legend. He picked us up at 5.30 a.m. from New Delhi and drove us all the way to Jaipur. As everybody knows the traffic is madness in those big citie...s, but Kapil managed to get us everywhere in the fastest but safest way possible.
